go to the drugstore, or walmart..
In ALMAY they have eyeliner, eyeshadow, and mascara for each and every eye color. They have two types.. Bring out the green, or pop out the green… I have blue eyes so I use their blue collection and it works really good! Also, it’s not expensive at all!

brown or black eyeliner, depending on your skin tone and hair colour, and smudged green eyeshadow and black eyeshadow to give a smoky look, and to bring the colour out of your eyes.
Some mascara would be good too but you might want to use clear if the eye make up seems like “too much”.

For green eyes, you should go for a gold or copper eyeshadow. As for eyeliner, you should try a plum. It works on all eye colors.

I have the same coloring and get compliments on my eyes all the time. Here is what I use:
    Champagne shadow under the brow
    Light brown on lid
Dark green(hunter green with a little shimmer) on the crease and smudged near the lash line
    Dark brown liner
    Black mascara
I always use my fingers to apply the shadow and smudge my liner with a q tip. For evenings, I just add more of the dark green and smoke it up more.
    I hope this helps

For green eye i was watching What Not to Wear and it said to wear purple eye shadow but make sure to put it in the coners of your eyes and under your eyes, i use either black eyeliner or blue my friends say blue looks better, and i have green eyes also. In my Girls Life magazine it said copper looks really amazing but i have never tried or even found copper eyeliner so heres a list, purple eyelinder and shadow, copper liner and shadow. HOPE THAT HELPS!

    1. Brown is for everyday. And make sure that it is brown not black.
    2. Purple is for th evening.
    3. Cobalt blue, or royale blue is for a special occasion, or a fantasy look.
    4. Bronze is for summertime after you`re tanned.
Avoid all kinds of black eye make up it`s way too harsh.
Avoid all kinds of green eye make up, matching distracts.
    Hope that helped.
    Good Luck.
